Outpatient - Insurance not currently accepted, self pay option only. Meetings take place on Zoom.

We blend a number of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Values Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma Informed Care. Our approach is to meet you where you are at and help you achieve your goals. We do this by identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and reframing them to realistic thoughts; as well as processing and healing what you are ready to discuss in order to increase self awareness and emotional regulation. We empower you to acknowledge your strengths and use them to achieve your vision of life.
