Late Arrivals

Our mission as a studio is that our community members enjoy the full experience and benefits of taking our signature classes. To respect the time of both our instructors and students, our classes begin right on schedule.

We ask that you please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class to get checked in and ground yourself in the studio. If you see the curtain to the studio closed and are arriving more than five minutes after the start of class, you will not be admitted into the studio.

Participating in the beginning of class allows our bodies to be warmed-up to ensure a safe practice, and arriving late is disruptive to those around you.

Cancellations

At Summer Street Wellness, we value your commitment to your wellness journey and aim to provide a seamless experience for all our community members. To ensure fairness and maintain our class schedules, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: All class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fees:
Members (including New Student Special, Autopay, Monthly, and Annual members) who cancel a class within 6 hours or no show will incur a $10 late fee.

Non-members or those outside the membership categories may either lose their credit or be charged the $10 late fee upon the studio’s discretion.

How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through the MindBody App. Emails/calls will not be accepted in terms of cancellation.

Payment of Late Fees: Late fees will be automatically charged to your account.
