Reiki healing

Krysta-Lyn’s reiki session was incredibly calming and gave me an opportunity to recenter. She was detailed and took time to gently explain the process from start to finish, what to expect, and even discussed what she found during the session at the end. The entire session was zen-like and surreal, as my mind traveled to places I’ve never allowed it to before, unlocking energy that had long been stored away. She tuned into the areas within my body that held the most energy and helped me work through some of the emotional path to healing I have been on throughout this year. I so appreciate her positive energy, her kind and caring spirit, and her clear passion for helping others through reiki work! I was changed by this session and it provided me an in-depth opportunity to find myself again.

I have had the honor of receiving Reiki from Krysta-Lyn both in person and distanced. Both of my experiences were incredibly healing, but I was particularly impressed by my distance session. I was skeptical about distance reiki to start with. I knew in theory that it should work the same way, but it seemed like it would be impossible to recreate the wonderful experience I had with Krysta-Lyn in person. I was happily surprised to be proven wrong! Many of the physical sensations I experienced with an in-person session, I also experienced in my distanced session. I could feel energy moving, unblocking, releasing and realigning in my body, even though I was not with her in the same room. After our session my energy, attitude, and whole demeanor felt so much better, and the feeling of relief lasted days.

I have been working with Krysta-Lyn for about a year now. I have regular reiki sessions with Krysta-Lyn each week and the emotional and spiritual growth I’ve experienced over the last year has been amazing! Her sessions are grounding and intentional and she is always present and focused. Her passion for the practice is clear and her commitment to her clients personal well being and growth is truly admirable. This alternative form of healing is truly transformative and with Krysta-Lyn, you will feel the effects almost immediately!

I did my first reiki session with Krysta-Lyn and it was truly an amazing experience. She walked me through everything she was going to do and made me feel so comfortable. At times when she knew I was feeling anxious she calmly would tell me that we were in a safe space and I was able to truly let myself go. The days and weeks after leaving I felt more at peace, less anxious, and more patient.

I’ve done Reiki with Krysta-Lyn twice now. The experience was amazing. Krysta-Lyn was very patient with me as I explained what made me want to try it in the first place. She explained what the process was before we started. The reiki session itself was very insightful. Afterward she told me what she read from the session. I was amazed how much our experiences matched up. I walked out with a newfound confidence in myself and so much more. I went again not too long after and will be doing it again in the future.
