Step into the sacred world of Reiki and awaken your ability to heal yourself and others. In this transformative Reiki I training, we explore the rich history and evolution of Reiki, learning hand positions that allow energy to flow through your own body and to those around you.

Through the Reiki I Holy Fire® Placement (attunement), each student opens a channel for Reiki energy to flow powerfully through your hands—guiding, balancing, and restoring energy wherever it is needed. This is more than a class; it’s an intimate and profoundly healing experience where you will both receive and perform a full Reiki treatment.

Whether for personal growth, spiritual development, or professional use, Reiki training opens a doorway to a lifetime of healing and connection.

Each student is asked to purchase a class manual (used on Amazon is more affordable), we require you to read the manual before class. Training is intimate, immensely healing and each student will experience and perform a treatment.

After your training, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a one-hour practice session with Krysta-Lyn, Reiki Master, to support your growth and confidence in sharing Reiki.

Meet Your Teacher: Sheila Anne

Sheila is a Reiki Master devoted to cultivating healing and community through mind-body-soul nourishment. Her approach weaves together energy work, somatic awareness, and a genuine love for creating transformational spaces, which fosters an environment where students feel safe to open, explore, and reconnect with their own innate wisdom. Alongside her Reiki practice, Sheila is a coach, mentor, yoga teacher, and the founder of She Flows Collective, a women's wellness community on the Seacoast. She also leads annual retreats to Costa Rica with Krysta-Lyn, the founder of Summer Street Wellness.
