Led by Dr. Caroline Willson, DPT
Get to know your body on a whole new level.
In this fun and interactive workshop, you’ll break down how your body actually works in yoga—how your muscles fire, how your joints move, and how your mind and body work together to create strength and balance. We’ll explore simple concepts from anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics in a way that’s easy to understand and immediately useful in your practice.
Together, we’ll look at key areas like your core, hips, shoulders, and spine, and learn how small adjustments can make your poses feel stronger, safer, and more supported. You’ll also discover how neuromuscular control—your brain communicating with your muscles—helps you move with more stability, confidence, and ease.
Expect a mix of learning, movement, and hands-on exploration. You’ll walk away with practical tools to help you feel better in your flows, understand your body’s patterns, and build a more mindful and powerful practice.
Open to all levels—no anatomy background needed!
