Through mindful movement, breath, sound, and reflection, we’ll explore practices that help release stagnant energy and welcome a fresh sense of clarity and vitality.
We’ll begin with a nourishing blend of yoga, somatic movement, and gentle Pilates to awaken the body, build awareness, and reconnect to your breath. From there, you’ll be guided through calming breathwork to settle the nervous system before easing into a restorative sound bath designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation.
The experience will close with guided journaling, offering space for reflection and intention-setting as we step into a new season of growth.
