Breathwork & Sound Bath Circle

Most people spend Friday night trying to escape their week.

A drink to take the edge off.
A few more to finally relax.
A temporary release from the stress your nervous system has been holding onto.

But what if you could actually release it instead of numbing it?

This monthly Breathwork & Sound Bath experience is designed to help your body do exactly that.

Through an activated breathwork journey, we guide your nervous system into a state where the body can finally process, discharge, and release built-up stress, emotions, and mental tension from the week.

Think of it as a deep energetic reset.

Many people come out of this experience feeling:
• lighter
• emotionally clear
• deeply relaxed
• and more connected to themselves

This is not your typical pranayama-style breathwork.

Traditional pranayama focuses on gentle breath control techniques for calming and balancing the mind.

The breathwork we practice is much more immersive and transformational.

It uses continuous rhythmic breathing (similar to holotropic breathwork) combined with music and sound healing to help you access deeper layers of the subconscious—where stored emotions, patterns, and stress live in the body.

This is why people often experience powerful emotional releases, clarity, and profound nervous system resets.

And to integrate the journey, we close with a sound bath to bring the body into deep parasympathetic relaxation.

So instead of numbing out on a Friday night…

What if you gave your nervous system the reset it actually needs?

Meet Erin Mann

Erin Mann is a trauma-informed, Pause-certified breathwork therapist, somatic healing guide, and founder of Elevated States LLC. She holds a 500-hour yoga certification through My Vinyasa Flow and Yoga.Psyche.Soul™, with advanced training in yoga psychology, inner child work, shadow integration, chakra-based energetic healing, and trauma-informed asana and meditation practices. For over six years, Erin has worked one-on-one with clients navigating trauma, grief, addiction, heartbreak, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. She has also spent the past three years leading group workshops and community healing spaces, supporting people in releasing stuck emotional energy, reconnecting with their intuition, and cultivating deeper, more meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Her work centers on helping people return to their bodies, trust their inner knowing, and remember their innate capacity for self-healing. Erin’s path into this work was forged through lived experience. After the ending of a significant relationship and the isolation of the global pandemic, she found herself in a profound dark night of the soul—immersed in grief, emotional pain, and disconnection. It was through breathwork that her healing began to shift. By learning to breathe consciously and stay present with her pain—rather than avoiding it—she experienced the body’s natural intelligence in action. Old childhood trauma began to release, familiar patterns dissolved, and a new sense of empowerment emerged. This embodied understanding now anchors her work: what we resist, persists—and when we feel safely, we heal. Known for her deep emotional attunement and ability to create grounded, non-judgmental safety, Erin listens beneath the words. She helps clients make sense of their emotional pain, gently dismantle limiting beliefs, and move at a pace that feels human, respectful, and sustainable. She blends structured training with intuitive guidance to support holistic healing, personal transformation, and elevated states of consciousness aligned with one’s highest calling. Erin is currently completing a rigorous Master’s degree in Science and Psychology, further deepening the bridge she brings between somatic healing, psychology, and conscious transformation. Her mission is to make this work accessible through both intimate one-on-one sessions and powerful community healing experiences—so others can remember who they truly are and live from that place.
