Let the summer heat melt away and give your nervous system the reset it’s been craving. Join Shay & Hannah for a dreamy 75-minute journey through grounding Yin yoga and soothing sound healing, followed by a hydrating water bar and time to just be with community.
Friday, August 15th | Summer Street Wellness | 6:45 PM | $33
Here’s what’s waiting for you:
Yin Yoga—Slow, supported poses held for a few minutes at a time to melt tension and release stuck energy. This is the practice of stillness, softness, and deep surrender.
Sound Healing—Let your body bathe in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and more. These calming frequencies help regulate your nervous system and guide you into a deep state of rest.
Water Bar—Sip on cooling infused waters and bubbly non-alcoholic seltzers post-class to rehydrate and refresh.
Optional Social Time – Stay for a bit to chat, connect, and enjoy the space together. No pressure, just presence.
If you’ve been feeling frazzled, overworked, overstimulated, or simply in need of a moment to breathe… this is your invitation to soften. Come unwind, unplug, and return home to yourself.
All levels welcome. No experience needed. Bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy—we’ll take care of the rest.
