Meet Your Guide Sarah Beston

Her offerings blend ancient wisdom with modern science while pulling from the traditions of yoga, spiritual healing, positive psychology, somatics, and mindfulness. In her teachings, Sarah promotes a welcoming and safe environment that realigns her students with the natural gifts within—vitality, strength, joy, and intuitive intelligence. She brings her love of dance and choreography to creative vinyasa flow sequences that, through refined attention to breath and mindful movement, connects individuals with the expansive freedom and potential of the body-mind-spirit connection. She believes a consistent practice offers the practitioner a pathway back to his or her own divine, radiant nature.

Having experienced the transformative and healing power of yoga herself, she feels deeply called to seva or the selfless service of others through compassion and empathy. She is an ambassador for Yoga Gives Back, an organization dedicated to empowering women and children in underprivileged communities in India through education and micro-financing.
