Sun & Spruce - A Women's New England Retreat


Step away from city life and unplug in the beauty of New England. Our retreat offers a gentle, supportive space to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with others—through optional activities designed for presence, wellness, and joy.

Retreat takes place in Harrison, Maine

Included:

  • Movement & Mindfulness: Vinyasa and restorative yoga, sound baths, and energy healing

  • Outdoor Adventure: Hiking, paddling, kayaking, and mindful walks

  • Relaxation & Self-Care: Sauna, hot tub, lake dips, journaling, and quiet reflection

  • Community & Nourishment: Shared dinners, self-serve breakfasts and lunches, and circles to connect and reflect

All activities are optional, so you can create your own retreat experience at your pace. Whether you’re here to move, rest, explore, or simply be, this retreat is a space to recharge, connect, and find your own rhythm.

Sample Schedule -

Thursday – Arrival & Grounding

4:00 PM – Arrival + Settle In
5:00 PM – All Levels Vinyasa Flow + Sound Bath
6:30 PM – Welcome Dinner (hearty, communal)
8:00 PM – Opening Circle + Tea

Friday – Movement & Adventure

7:00 AM – Coffee + Light Bites (e.g. bananas, fruit)
7:30 AM – Morning Mobility Flow (30 min)
8:15 AM – Self-Serve Breakfast (e.g. eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, smoothies, coffee/tea)

9:30 AM – 12:30 PMGuided Hike (2–3 hours)

12:30 PM – 5:00 PM – Free Time + Nature Reset

  • Hot tub / sauna sessions

  • Lake plunge → hot tub contrast

  • Paddle boarding / kayaking

  • Walking meditation

  • Journaling, reading, reflection

1:00 PM – Self-Serve Lunch (PBJ Bar & Elevations)

  • Sliced breads, nut butters, jams, bananas, strawberries, honey, coconut

  • Chips, simple salad, or fruit on the side

5:00 PM – Evening Practice (Restorative & Sound Bath)
6:30 PM – Dinner (e.g., Slow Cooker Chili Night)
8:00 PM – Community Time or Solo Integration

Saturday – Strength & Space

7:00 AM – Coffee + Light Bites
8:00 AM – Vinyasa Flow
9:15 AM – Self-Serve Breakfast

10:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Free Time / Optional Hike

  • Option to try out another hike on your own/with new friends

  • Sauna / hot tub / lake plunge / paddling / kayaking /walking meditation

  • Journaling, reading, creative time

1:00 PM – Self-Serve Lunch (e.g. Mediterranean-Style Salad & Protein)
5:00 PM – Group Reiki Meditation & Restorative Yoga

6:30 PM – Dinner (e.g., Pasta Night)
8:00 PM – Community Gathering or Solo Integration

Sunday – Integration & Departure

7:00 AM – Coffee + Light Bites
8:00 AM – Gentle Morning Flow + Closing Circle
9:15 AM – Self-Serve Breakfast
