Explore the depth of stillness. Awaken the wisdom within.

This Yin Yoga Foundational Training Immersion offers a deep dive into the principles, philosophy, and practice of Yin Yoga. Designed for both yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this weekend immersion provides a strong foundation in the theory and experience of this slow, meditative practice.

Through a blend of lecture, discussion, and embodied practice, participants will explore how Yin Yoga works on the physical, energetic, and emotional levels of the body. We will examine the role of connective tissue, the principles of functional alignment, and the energetic pathways described in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This immersion is ideal for those who wish to deepen their personal practice, expand their understanding of Yin Yoga, or begin integrating Yin principles into their teaching.

A Note to Practitioners

This immersion is not only for yoga teachers—it is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to the quieter dimensions of yoga.

Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, soften, and listen inward. Through stillness and sustained postures, we nourish the connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection and renewal.

Whether you intend to teach Yin or simply wish to deepen your understanding of the practice, this training offers tools and insights that extend far beyond the mat.
