Welcome 2026 with clarity and purpose with Sarah Beston!
As we step into a new year and the unfolding landscape of 2026, this grounding flow invites you to pause, breathe, and reflect on how you want to move into what’s next. Instead of resolutions or goals, we’ll explore the practice of intention-setting: aligning with the qualities, feelings, and inner truths you want to carry forward.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and a sound bath, you’ll be guided from doing into being, anchoring into a heartfelt intention that supports who you are becoming in the year ahead.
Leave feeling centered, spacious, and aligned — rooted in a “why” that can steady and inspire you as you move into 2026.
