Winter asks a lot of us.
The cold, the darkness, the slowing down—by this point in the season, many of us are feeling depleted, disconnected, or quietly running on empty. This mini-retreat is an invitation to restore your energy, soften your nervous system, and reconnect—to yourself and to others. Through guided breathwork, a deeply immersive sound bath, and intentional group sharing, we’ll create a warm, supportive space to thaw what’s been holding tension and gently reawaken your vitality. This is not about pushing or fixing—
It’s about being held, being witnessed, and remembering your connection to community during the isolating energy of winter.
What to expect:
Guided Holotropic Breathwork & Meditation
Sound Bath Immersion
Group Sharing & Community Connection
Tea Ceremony
Winter isn’t meant to be rushed through. It’s a season of listening, tending, and restoring. This mini-retreat creates a container of warmth, presence, and shared humanity—so you can move into the next season feeling more resourced, supported, and grounded.
