Roots & Reflections: A Fall Yoga & Writing Journey
Where movement meets creativity.
Join Sarah Beston for a unique 90-minute workshop blending embodied flow, sound, and creative expression. We’ll begin with a grounding Vinyasa sequence and meditation to awaken the body, steady the mind, and open the senses. Gentle sound healing will deepen relaxation and open inner pathways, preparing you for guided free-writing practices designed to help you listen to the body’s wisdom and give language to what you discover within.
Themes such as freedom, surrender, and intuition will act as bridges between movement, sound, and writing, inviting both self-expression and deeper awareness. No prior writing experience is needed—just curiosity, openness, and a notebook.
What to Expect:
Grounding Vinyasa flow (all levels welcome)
Meditation + centering breathwork
Short sound healing immersion
Writing prompts to spark reflection and creativity
Optional sharing + closing integration
Saturday, October 25 ~ 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.
$30 for the workshop
